Ryan, I know there’s probably no possible way you don’t know this already but they make a tool to hold those damping rods so you can pop that bolt loose. It’s like $20 in the Drag book. Also you can go to O’Reilly Auto and buy this cool set of short Allen sockets that are 1/4 and 3/8 drive, they have them in metric and standard and the 3/4 and 19mm from that set will pop the axles all day. Also Motion Pro makes a tool that has like 4 hex sizes built in, I have two of them from back in the day when I didn’t have the clout to refuse to work on metric junk.
