Usually when you cook, you can't appreciate the taste as much, as if someone else had cooked and presented it to you. BUT NOT THIS. This is perhaps the best Mutton Biriyani I had in my life, which I made with my own hands with this recipe. My nephew wants this to be repeated every sunday now. Thank you so much Bharat. This is an easy and yet brilliant recipe. In my next attempt... I am going to add roasted cashews and broken badam in the top layer. May be few kishmish pieces sprinkled as well. This recipe was perfect for flavours. Not too spicy and yet full of flavours. Moist and juicy. Just perfect! Thanks again Bharat.
