Ingredients:
Mutton keema- 1 kg
Cinnamon - 1
Bayleaf- 2
Mace- 1-2
Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
Green cardamom- 3-5
Cloves- 3-5
Black pepper- 1/2 to 1 tbspn
Black cardamom- 2-3
Onion- 2&1/2
Garlic- 4-5
Green chilly- 7-9
Ginger- 60 gms
Cilantro leaves
Mint leaves
Chickpea roasted(Chana)- 1 cup
salt to taste
Oil to stir fry

It wont coz we are cooking in steam first and then frying again .. but yes if u want u can deep fry too…
