Ingredients सामग्री
500 gm mutton 500 gm मटन
for paste मटन का वाटन
1 bowl fresh coreander leaves 1 कटोरी हरा धनिया
25-30 garlic cloves 25-30 लहसुन की कलियां
1 inch Ginger 1 इंच अदरक
1/2 bowl grated dry coconut 1/2 कटोरी कैसा हुआ सूखा नारियल
2 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp धनिया पाउडर
3 tsp red chilli powder 3 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp हल्दी पाउडर
1 bowl curd 1 कटोरी दही
some spices गरम मसाले
1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp धनिया के बीज
1/2 tsp black cumin 1/2 tsp शाह जीरा
4-5 cloves 4-5 लवंग
10-13 black paper seeds 10-12 काली मिर्च
2 nos black cardamom 2 बड़ी इलायची
1/2 inch cinnamon 1/2 इंच दालचीनी
1st tempering 1 st तड़का
1/2 tbsp cooking oil 1/2 tbsp वनस्पति तेल
1/2 tbsp desi ghi 1/2 tbsp देसी घी
5 nos chopped onions 5 कटा हुआ प्याज
1 tspcoarsly ground spices 1 tsp दरदरा सा कुटा हुआ गरम मसाला
2 nd tempering 2 nd तड़का
1/2 tbsp cooking oil 1/2 tbsp वनस्पति तेल
1/2 tbsp desi ghi 1/2 tbsp देसी घी
1 inch chopped Ginger 1 इंच कटा हुआ अदरक
2 nos chopped green chilli 2 कटा हुआ हरी मिर्च
chopped coriander stalks थोड़े कटे हुए धनिए के डंटल
2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves 2 tsp कसूरी मेथी
a little chopped fresh coreander थोड़ा कटा हुआ हरा धनिया
1 tsp coarsly ground spices 1 tsp दरदरा सा कुटा हुआ गरम मसाला
