Ingredients for making Mutton Paya Recipe

Water - as required
Turmeric - 1 tsp

Bay Leaf / Tez Patta - 2
Jeera - 1 tsp
Hari Elaichi - 4
Javitri - 1 small
Kali Mirch - 1/2 tsp
Laung - 1/2 tsp
Kali Elaichi - 3
Chakri Ful - 1
Onion Paste - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 2 tsp
Haldi Powder - 1 tsp
Meat Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - Swad Anusar 1 tsp
Hara Dhaniya - optional
Garam masala - 1 tsp
