Riyanka, please dont take it personally but the living room needed more planning. The dining area is looking chaotic and the sofa would have looked better in a different colour. Do make a few changes to brighten up the space. A sober wall paper running through the living and dining would have created cohesion. 😊 If there is a spare plug point consider keeping the sofa against the opposite wall and the tv on the other. Everything in one line that too beside the basin is a complete mismatch. 😊

I agree with you and she should also consider buying furnitures which are same type or has the same finish. One has wooden border (sofa) and the table and chairs have golden border which looks really chaotic and also mismatched

You should change the dining table frame and chair because it has golden border which doesn’t go with your sofa . Instead you can get something that has a brown border or wooden border if that makes sense.
