I believe his whole theme is that he refuses to change to less martial but more attractive forms. You can see the difference in his clear presentation.

I don't think it's a xinjiayilu.

it's xinjia yi lu. incomplete, as it didn't have the sequence where he does the double jump kick, but it's yi lu.

What about age - nothing extraordinary. Ex. Da Shi had won fight on swords in his 161 years. What about mastery - certainly -his skills are nice!
