Also don't forget that you will attract every type of men... light attracts even moths and all kinds of nasty insects. So be very careful, use your time and discernment, most men are not worth it, that's the truth, most want to concur your body. Pay attention to their questions, are they really trying to get to know you, not what you do, your name etc. But what makes you tick., laugh, happy etc. not the basic... that shows emotional intelligence and real interest. Than always ask what their relationship with God, law and truth is, and really listen carefully. Most will run.

Just maybe, many women who have a weakened emotional immune system are survivors of childhood trauma and highly dysfunctional parents. This video is packed with great information to help those who didn’t receive love as a child and want it so badly, yet can’t figure out what they need to work on within themselves to heal. ✌🏼

My meditation practice is fasting. When I need clarity and to strengthen my immune response I pray to Yahweh and fast for a few days. This always rebalances my nervous system in a whole. This is possible because I truly trust God’s will and plans for my life. When I feel like I’m trying to take control over everything I let go and let God. Then I hear God clearly and know what’s meant to be for me will be.l and I keep it pushing.

Excellent video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

All right here's the analysis.. some wounds are not created by romantic relationships. Also wounds don't make you unworthy of love. After thoroughly reviewing the text, here's my analysis: *Harmful or potentially hurtful views:* 1. The text implies that people with weak emotional immune systems are easily gullible and lack self-esteem, which could be perceived as shaming or stigmatizing individuals who struggle with emotional regulation. 2. The speaker suggests that people who don't set boundaries or assert themselves are "easily played" and "emotionally easy," which could be seen as dismissive and unempathetic towards those who have been taken advantage of or have difficulty setting boundaries. 3. The text implies that individuals who have been in abusive or toxic relationships are somehow flawed or weak, which could be triggering or harmful for survivors of abuse. *Beneficial views:* 1. The importance of developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting for healthy relationships and personal growth. 2. The need to prioritize clarity and firmness in one's actions and emotions to maintain respect and avoid being taken advantage of. 3. The suggestion to practice meditation for strengthening emotional resilience and developing a stronger emotional immune system. 4. The emphasis on having a long-term plan and clarity about what one wants in relationships and life. 5. The encouragement to develop a "threatening presence" (confident and assertive, not aggressive) to deter potential disrespect or abuse. *Specifically helpful points:* 1. "Develop a threatening presence... by limiting nonverbal cues... and having a plan." 2. "Set standards and be willing to discard people who don't meet them." 3. "Practice meditation to strengthen emotional resilience." 4. "Have clarity about what you want in relationships and life." Please note that while some points may be helpful, the text's tone and language could be perceived as somewhat aggressive or shaming, which might not be suitable for everyone, especially those who have experienced trauma or abuse.

I have a “ friend “ who is truly a narcissist- like the malignant covert kind . She always did things to throw my nervous system off . After many years I learnt to not react bc I discovered that what she always wanted was a reaction. Once I realized that , I reclaimed a lot of my power back. This also applies to dating and like you said , I leaned to leave quicker. One little secret is to not be invested in other people’s approval ( specially at the beginning)

We are all energy frequency and vibration only vibrational matches to our frequencies are what can show up. That's how you know what's running your subconscious..... if things show up that you think you don't want, there's some program or pattern or have it that needs clearing out because you are admitting something you don't want. Or perhaps you're focused on what you don't want, the secret is to focus on what you do want❤ The reason people move their standards is because they are recreating their childhood wounding traumas and emotional neglect😢 we make excuses for people which is not our job to do, because as children we have to make excuses for our parents and their toxicity or their dysfunction, it's a primal need that we fragment ourselves with because we have to survive within a family unit, no matter how damaging it is.. we carry that into adulthood without realizing it
@aquafina65447 ай бұрын
This is so true however, verbal and physical responses are handled differently. In person i have learned to fix my face, never let ppl know how you feel even if they are creating a scene. I treat them as if they are not there so i don't hear or see them. Verbal is a lil different, if my relationship is a long-term intense one, being emotional i can lose it.

I had to leave a man because he literally tried to change everything about me. Why be with me if you need me to something else? I was open to wearing what he wanted an following his religion that I disagree with. Until i noticed his requirements of me continue to evolve at his will. We'd have conversations and agree then later I'd get scrolled with a new demand that we already agreed was ok before. I can't be with a man like that. Men who claim to be good leaders then suffer from effective communication and always change and expect you to just give up yourself for them scare me.

I choose emotionally unavailable people because I can't fall in love with them. They attract me and are my dopamine fix, nothing more. I love to chase them! And then I get bored. Emotionally healthy ones give me an ick. Yes, I need therapy. I'm hoping one day I'll be ready for my golden retriever that's safe, goofy and kind.

Someone else would describe what you are defining as pride. The aloof kind of pride. Most people don't like that , they won't even approach you. There is no one way of attracting others. I think everybody has their own way of gauging someone worth being in a relationship with. Sometimes the one pursuing does not want the prideful kind, they want the agreeable kind. So really there is no one way of gauging someone liable. Everyone has their own type. Standards or no standards. Everyone has their own type. It does not mean when someone is agreeable they agree with everyone. They have their own type. They may tell you to go to hell in the most loving way, if you don't understand them you will be pursuing indefinitely till you know they don't like you. The agreeable type are most no nonsense type the world has. They are just nice people. So be careful with the kind of believes you have. That is the world for you, it has different kinds of people. You know what you want as an individual, so keep it to yourself and hunt according to what you want, don't think almost everyone does it the way you do. Everyone does it according to their personality.
