At 6:35, you mention that if the fuel DOESN'T flow using Fp and B+, that your pump may be bad- *or fuel pump relay or resistor*. Using the diagnostic port bypasses those two items. SO if don't have fuel flow using the diagnostic port, it's likely the pump. And if you DO have fuel moving with Fp and B+, then that is when the fuel pump relay or resistor might be bad.
