After Striker i think Heartbreaker is the second most powerful DPS build now in game. I use this version: Catharsis mask Picaro's holster 4x piece Heartbreaker And my weapon is Eagle Barer, and because of the set talent + the EB talent i am a hard to kill target for rogues!

Since heartbreaker does a lot of damage already, ill turn it into a hazard version of heartbreaker using both backpack and chestpiece. 1 pc yahll and the chill out mask for more armor and bonus armor as well as an extra slot for a resistance mod of my choice. I might go with 3 burn res mods to counter iron lung reliant players and skill builds and 2 shock res or 2 foam res. I dunno about eb if it can deal consistent damage but bighorn will still deal more damage due to 100 free headshot dmg from bighorn itself. Since i have heartbreaker, i can abuse the cover to cover as much as possible to keep my bonus armor then i'll be mostly invincible. That is unless you put on a ghost build.

Guys, this video shows that Crypto often use aimbot. I think, not always. A lot of times the barrel continuously follow the target character's head, independently the moving. In this video more times you can see, when this amazing player kill 3-4 players with turns and target changes, and: NEVER mistakes a shoot. Good video, good cutting. But an advice: there is a part in the video, when a guy said "...always tenacity...", you should cut out this part. There was 7 players, who saw that Crypto was always red because of the tenacity. Yeah, always, for example without shooting, behind a cover during use a medkit, what it is very interesting. I was there too. And one important part not in the video, Crypto got a question: How is possible that never got status effect, without any hazard protection in his set? He never answered... I think this type of player can ruin everybody's play in Division.

It really depends, I really haven't played much this patch, hence the lack of content, if u have friends playing and servers are plentiful then it's worth it. It's just not the case for me, any time I get a 4 man any worthy team just quits or the gameplay is too slow paced to be fun as they don't want to get farmed. I would wait for next patch to commit time, or come back just before to catch up.

Well….i guess i find the broblem,i put my pc case too close to the wall,so even the back fan can tract the air,temperature is still high and make bad cycles,after i move it away,70’C ->60’C stablely, and i feel freq. doesnt matter,whether by 4.6G or 5.05G is the same fps. I just expect 9800x3D can bring more 1% low frames,coz it still droping frames to 160 at some places,hope it can be stably 200.

Performance is whack because of the Devs, there's nothing u can do other than get a better CPU, if u already have a 7800x3d then you have to deal with it while u wait. I get around the 200 FPS mark on my PC.

I love me some HB. It's basically as corny as striker. Maybe actually more corny if you don't care about stacking bonus armour and only care about the damage. The numbers you get even with like 1.7 are just... they dont make sense Sadly I'm not on PC so i dont have the luxury of being able to waggle the bighorn about but even without HSD it's still very tasty and the EB works just fine.

EB is easy to counter. Most half decent players will make switch from EB in a server, unless i have cannon fodder feeding me.

Headshot: fenris chest, 3 pc yahll, picaros, and catharasis. 1st attribute headshot dmg, 2nd attribute haz pro. Gear mods pulse res and 2 headshot dmg mods. As a result, you'll have 60% haz pro and 100% pulse res. Crit version: fenris chest, 3 pc yahll, 1 pc groupo, and catharasis. 1st attribute crit dmg, 2nd attribute crit chance. Gear mods pulse res, and 2 crit dmg. Your crit chance wil be 55% if you use famas. 50% if you use eagle bearer.

Now I feel kind of dumb that this has never occurred to me before, much less to change a build when under that high pressure. 🤦🏼‍♂👌🏼 This bloke doesn't win fights just because of HB, but because of his SA at all times, utilising every ever so slight advantage, while opponents are still overwhelmed by what keeps hitting them like a truck. But tell that to these whingers who have been living under a rock since TU15 when HB was introduced and don't immediately swap builds when they hear the unmistakable sound of an... Atchisson Assault Shotgun. 🏃🏼‍♂💨💨💨 It's actually an ol' hat build, with HB officially introduced on 12 May 2022()! when it immediately became the new so-called _'most effective tactics available'_ and quickly had to be nerfed again, as it was once even multiplicative damage, but also only against pulse-able enemies, that fact has never changed since. Well done, mate. Hence I wonder how this HB stuff has resurfaced again amongst certain communities. Being pulseres eliminated almost 50% of players back then. The rest is on yerself. But being pulseres was better than not being pulseres already prior to HB. To be honest, I myself hardly ever meet anyone with HB, would be a lucky day for me. But nonetheless I won't let my guard down just because it has died out for me and now run around like those dudes do who get their arses handed all the time - and even know it - but keep doing the same mistakes over and over and expect different results. 🤡🪓

pulse res popularity has gone down which means im able to get away with the build more frequently, before when spotter was more meta (umbra killed spotter kinda) people had pulse res builds on tap, now they dont.. and besides whenever i get the feeling someones gonna come back with pulse res i've already changed my build ahead of their counter, leaving them without a counter build to win by, this game is build based so u gotta keep the rotation going.

If your statement is true then why do people hardly ever use it? DZ is full of shotguns, ouroboros, nemesis and regulus, the eagle bearer is used by hardly anyone. It ranks 3rd in the AR category.

@@Cryptonomous there are many reasons: not everybody has it, players always tries other build combinations etc. And there is a very simple rule: No universal meta-super-puper build that is suitable for everything. Any build has its limitations and weeks. And heartbreaker is not an exception. Take pulse protection or sniper and this is the end of story. So, this build with this weapon. In these situations against these players with these builds and tactic does perfectly. But … the developers constantly change balance to give a chance for every build.
