Well understood maa, thanks so so much,but please my 1st question is that is the 19 inch constant and also what did you do before getting that, my 2nd question is can I use 1.5 yard for a client if her hip measurement is 34, 36 or 38 Finally my 3rd question is you allowance you added 8 inch to the hip measurement meaning you'll be get 2 by 2 inch at every hip side but more at the waist, knee and the down part, pleased can you also reduce it if your client doesn't what enough allowance...thank so so much maa...God richly bless you for such tutorial....

Very much appreciated. How many yards of fabric did u use? Is it 2 yrds or less.. l'm literally making it for an event, I started making it using hip 44 plus 10inches +5 making it 59 inches of fabric but somehow I didn't get enough overlap and also just1/2 inch allowance at the hip. Pls help thank you

If your hip is very wide use 2 inches but small hips you can use 3 inches

The 19 is not constant. You are folding your fabric base on your hip measurement divided into 2 plus allowance. The 19 is the bigger part I folded in yours can be less or more depending on your measurement but at the end of the day you should get your hip divided into 2 plus allowance.
