I really hope we gove Hugh more time at least year 4. We can't keep firing coaches and paying 20 million in buyouts. Its a bad look and really good coaches won't take the job. I do agree 100 percent with firing Harsin. He wasn't even trying to recruit or fit in with the culture of Alabama or Auburn

Ashton Daniels feels like Peyton Thorn 2.0 I think Hugh’s biggest downfall this season was that he tried calling plays for an elite QB and didn’t have 1. Thorn played with a ton of heart, but just didn’t have the mind honestly.

Are you on the Auburn recruiting team? IMO CF could garner more interest for lesser bowls if the have an NIT style “Div2” championship the 13 - 26. Top 2 teams get byes to semi finals. Semi finals & finals would be in same region to limit travel. First 3 rounds teams would be divided into regions like NCAA BB again to limit travel. Wk 1 - 19-22 play 23-26. Wk 2 - 15 -18 would play wk 1 winners. Wk 3 - 4 winning teams would play each other to get to 2 teams. Those 2 teams would play the top 2 teams that got byes in the semis finals. Regional games won’t be perfect but for most teams they will not have to travel too far. Semi finals and finals (3 games) could be in same region.
