Maarifa: Knowing Allah

Surah Al-Araaf, Ayah 7: "Then We will give them a full account with sure knowledge-for We were never absent."
Getting into the practice of tuning into the PRESENCE that lies in-between each breath:
Inhale: All Life experiences without Judgment
Hold
Exhale: All Life Experiences without Judgement
This pause, this Presence is the "Tehqeeq", exploration of Haqq, Truth, that we are asked to experience Quran through for Quran is not a just a written book: it exists as a vibration first that descends upon the heart, the "Wahi" received by our Prophet (pbuh), such that the heart becomes fragrant and through this garden do we begin to "understand" Quran.
Each word then is a healing complete.
Each dot, shifa (healing)
