I yell all my teenage life praying to god to alleviate pain of me that came to me in the form of abuses and abandon to the point I judged myself based on those parameters as unfit. Last night I read the part where Sadhguru acknowledges this in his book, Adiyogi (page 171). My immediate thought was and is, that those who see the profoundness of Sadhguru are lucky to be in touch.
