Atmospheric track matching the lyrics and vocal performance/effects. An instant classic.

Going back almost 10years ago for this performance. Thanks for sharing the precious quality, it might not last on the YT but I always appreciate when uploads like this show up occasionally.

I like her. Wish she didn't perform with a total wrong'un like him. Terrible human.

weren’t those allegations blown out of proportion by the magazine? seemed like he was framed as the perpetrator when he was just a witness to the bullying.

Can you elaborate of the situation? We're not aware on the on goings outside of Jp.

@@Eternal-ReTuning Cornelius apologised, upon being removed from the Olympic ceremony creative team, when damaging old interviews started doing the rounds, but has since changed tack and claimed he'd been misquoted, but the gist of the issues I'll paste here from an Arama Japan piece: 'In a number of magazine interviews in the 90s, Cornelius looked back on his bullying of a mentally disabled classmate, from elementary school through high school. His torment of his peer included tying him up, trapping him in a box, duct taping a cardboard box around his head and then pouring chalk dust inside, making him eat his own feces, forcing him to walk around school with his penis exposed, and forcing him to masturbate in front of other students, among other things. These reflections were not looked back on regretfully, but instead were seen as funny childhood moments. He spoke of them in a boastful nature.'

@@Eternal-ReTuning Sorry for the late response. Back in 1995, Cornelius was interviewed and talked about his school experience and recounted the bullying he witnessed towards a student with special needs. It’s important to note that he simply witnessed the bullying, which doesn’t make it okay, but the publication minced his words and framed it as though he was an active participant in the bullying. Flash forward to 2021, and the interview was brought into light again after he was set to compose music for the Tokyo Paralympics but later resigned due to backlash. Though the publication that conducted the interview has since retracted its story and admitted to having exaggerated the facts, Cornelius still faces criticism since the story made international headlines, and most people outside Japan aren’t aware that it was resolved and cleared up.
