Need to hear the sister's side. Seems like the sister does love the parents, maybe not more, but they do love them. Its the Hmong traditional that limited their ability to love. As parents, if you are stupid enough to equate love with money, then you WILL create this type of unfortunate situation between siblings...what a shame! There's absolutely nothing wrong with leaving money for daughters, but gifting should be done fairly if all children love their parents (no such thing as equal love since each child is different with a different life and circumstances, the important thing is that each child that truly loves the parents are kind to them).
