Do you bring the mixture to boiling through using the browning function with the lid open?

YES I DO OFTEN WHEN I WISH TO REDUCE ANY SAUCES I WILL ENGAGE THE BROWNING FUNCTION TO EVAPORATE THE EXCESS LIQUID, ALSO INTENSIFIES THE FLAVOUR.. THANKS FOR WATCHING.;-))

Thank you very much for you kind feedback, I’ve been using a pressure cooker for years and loved it but this is so much better, I didn’t think I would use the pre programmed meals but I do, all the time. It takes the guess work out of everything from ingredients to cooking times, assists with portion control, keeps food safely warm for ages, saves so much time in the kitchen, so energy efficient too. If it failed today it would be replaced before tomorrow, LOL, we rely on it that much. We hope you get a chance to check out all our other Cook4Me recipes, we are adding to it all the time.
