Looking at all those edits I think Mac has liked Riley all the time, he just doesn't want to ruin relationship they have now I mean, just look at the way he looks at her, and how happy he is when they accomplish something, he always hugs her, even tho it's unnoticeable because everyone thinks he does that to everyone, he is different to Riley When he saw her smiling with other guy, his look was kind of angry, when he saw that it was here coming to save him, he has feeling, that kind of like he's relieved that she is there Idk, I just love these two so much, they are always there for each other, protecting silently and loving even more silently

I totally agree. They both seem like they have feelings for each other but they never had the opportunity neither to realise them nor come closer romantically cause they both where into relationships trying to make them work and they couldn't see that all they need is each other.
