The fact that going VEGAN made Tabitha stop having her reoccurring headaches that were happening in the back of her head is amazing. She shared how becoming vegan helped with her health!!! She noticed the difference in her health once she went vegan. That's her story and her journey. Tabitha has a vegan brand out in target right now, cook book, restaurant, hair product line, etc. Tia and Tab are both 2 successful business women and great mothers as well.

What auntie Tab said is very true. My first year in college I wrote a paper about cancer being “hereditary”. It’s not. It’s the habits. I have a long family history of cancer in both my mother and father side. In every generation. My mother has been vegan for 33 years…. She’s the only one that hasn’t been sick.

I was surprised about Tabithas story bc the same was happening with me. The doctor actually told me to come back when i had a real problem. But for me the first day I went no meat no dairy the headaches went away. Been vegan 4 yrs. Haven't came back since.

I suffered from extremely painful migraines since I was 5 or 6. Having at least one (sometimes 2) a week. I remember walking home from school w/my mom & laying down on ppl’s grass asking my mom to come back for me later b/c my head hurt so bad All the time. All the test doctors ran couldn’t figure out why this was happening to me. Someone mentioned to me to log my food & to try going vegetarian. 🌱 I noticed a BIG difference after awhile. 24 & a half yrs later I am almost migraine free. 🙌🏼 🌱 I get 2 to 3 migraines A YR now. 🙌🏼 Thank you God!
