Just know you don’t need to read, respond, feel bad or anything. Whatever. It has been 6 months and at the time I commented that I didn’t know how much worse my life can get. I wish to go back there. I wasn’t happy but now it’s so much worse. I wake up every morning crying bc I woke up. On my way to school I have like 1-3 panic/anxiety attacks, which make it rly hard to keep going bc at these points I rly just want to end it. Every day I wish to go back to the time where I was just a little sad and not depressed like I am now. I wish I would’ve appreciated the time there and how lucky and happy I was. People don’t notice how I feel bc I never rly talked much, not bc Im shy just bc I like being alone. I do have friends at my new school but I hate it so much there. It’s crazy how the only days I feel a little happy are the weekends. And that just bc I can sleep and lay in bed the whole day. I tried finding ways to cope other than selfh4rming, bc some classmates started to notice and I didn’t want to have problems at school. I started reading a couple of days ago. I was always into movies and the highlight of my day used to be watching movies at night. I found comfort in them and joy. But somehow I lost that. Idk why but reading is giving me that kind of comfort I had back then and it’s like escaping from reality? Kinda idk. I tried talking to my parents about how I feel but I don’t think they would be able to handle a depressed teenage girl anyways (im 17 btw). They’re already struggling with my little brother. He’s doing rly bad in school and my parents are scared of his future. All they care about are my grades, at least my dad. It makes me so stressed bc I just can’t study anymore. Im so tired all the time and spend the whole night crying. After I forget to study or just mentally am not able to. For right now my grades are still kinda the same. It’s rly hard but Im giving my best in hope that my parents might start to care about my mental health. But in all honesty, I don’t even care about school anymore. The mornings are so hard that I just sit on my chair and think. I don’t rly pay attention in class and my teachers don’t care so it’s fine. I started gaining weight too. Sometimes I think Im stupid and Im just lazy bc if I was rly sad I wouldn’t eat like I do. I eat so much and Im slowly gaining. It hits hard especially bc I used to starve myself back then. It’s just so hard. Idk how long I will be able to do this by myself. I know so many people have it worse while I don’t even know the reason I feel like this. Some hours ago I had a rly bad panic attack while studying. I rly wanted to end it but I didn’t bc I can’t. I just can’t. Not bc Im scared of dying its more that Im scared of surviving it. Having to live with the consequences. My parents having to live with the thought „is my daughter going to k1ll herself rn?“ I don’t want them to suffer even tho they’re stressing me out with the grades. I just wish to be happy again.
