He was definitely hitting bars and doing what he needed to do and trust me he put quite a few rappers in the dirt freestyling .. There’s a point no one else talks about. There are HUGE rappers that DONT do diss tracks and they aren’t battle rappers. They’ve been called out and there is a difference with battle rappers vs rappers. Ren said it in his to Dotta, “I don’t battle but I do like to rap.” But look up how many big rappers will not battle rap. It’s a different skill. It’s annoying. It’s like mumble rappers vs the rappers that also don’t do or like diss tracks. Tom didn’t like it, he felt bad, it wasn’t his thing he wanted to do again, he’s not a battle rapper. Mac apparently has done that in his career, that’s how he got his “name.” So it’s annoying to me that Tom dropped it a long time ago but Mac brings it up just essentially call him the normal liberal arguing and then attack a woman. In his live after God Mode, he said he didn’t want to see H.O.G commenting in Mac’s comments anymore. It was over and leave it alone. He was nice about it. He just explained why he doesn’t do them. He left it there. Idk why everyone can’t have their own lane. It’s annoying. If you like Tom, listen to him. If you like Upchurch, listen to him. If you like Mac, listen to him. This is just calling Tom names and just really going after Nova. That’s disgusting. Going after people’s gfs and wives is pretty common in rap battles, especially old school rap battles. I can’t prove that, but it feels that way to me personally. I think there are *some* accuracy with Mac’s lines about Hangover Gang, but it’s a sweeping generalization. Not all Tom fans are bad people. But I *think* that was because he got harassed by Tom’s fans for literal years, and he was firing back for that. Either way, even tho I disagree with the political beliefs of Tom and most of his fans, I don’t think Tom deserves most of the hate he gets for simply making the beliefs of his fans mainstream, or that he needs to be cancelled or have his career ended. I think this track was warranted, but I hope Tom responds, because this beef has the potential to be really fun and interesting

This DISS was utterly ridiculous and completely disgusting... and his DISS against Nova was completely uncalled for... he was even DISSing Tom's fanbase (and as a 50+ fan of Tom's, I did not appreciate THAT). As for Tom wearing Gucci clothes, he's made it clear that he's bought those secondhand. Plus, even if he did buy them outright, which he can afford (and he deserves every penny of the money he earned to afford it), he is making videos with those outfits, which would be a business expense, and then selling them to his fans at cost. But what I do know as a writer is that I would find a song -any song - much more enjoyable if it was both clever AND true, even if a bit exaggerated. I like Tom's music because it is well thought out, researched and presented in unique and interesting ways. This guy can't even be bothered to put his face out there, never mind produce a fun-to-watch video. It was like listening to a middle school kid with daddy issues dissing on the playground. And we all know he did it purely for notoriety by exerting the least amount of effort. His digs to Nova were as immature as a kid using the "Your mother wears Army boots" crack a kid would use when he had nothing left to pick on with. And if you were any more clever than this guy, you wouldn't lump his fans into one category, because his fan base is vastly different across the board. If you like the diss, good for you, but I have a right to my opinion, and I plan to never listen to this song again.
