When you were loving the first one, I was like, man he is going to freak on Tom's 2nd one! lol This diss session was the reason Tom came out with "I'm Sorry" (really he wasn't lol) and "No Response" He didn't want to give anyone any clout by naming anyone specific. He said he will never do a targeted diss again. He hated how he felt after he did them, and felt really bad about how Mac Lethal was treated afterwards. I think they made amends. First i need to thank you for catching that benoit line. Second, thanks for doing all of the songs related to the diss. I never heard lethals part 2 all the way through and it’s because it was trash. I just cannot listen to lethal without feeling uncomfortable. 😂 No response is for all the other “rappers” that tried to diss tom after the lethal diss, hoping for a reaction so they could get their 15 mins of fame. He sometimes raps about his dual personality. The contacts are to underline his dark side. On one hand he feels a bit sorry for Mac Lethal and that he went too far but then on the other hand Lethal can go and f himself, he attacked Tom for no reason. I think we all have those split feelings about things. He also uses red contacts when he speaks as the elites/the system.

The biggest mistake Mac made was bringing Nova into it. Nova had nothing to do with what was going on between Tom and Mac. Once Mac mentioned and went after Nova, Tom stopped playing and stopped being nice. Needless to say, Mac never recovered from that. The one person that is absolutely off limits is Nova. You go after her and you'll get a dragon coming at you. I would imagine Tom's family is off limits too but we all know what happens of you go after Nova thanks to Mac's lethal mistake.

When I grew up we were taught Martin Luther King's dream of judging people by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin, and we extended that to be a general philosophy of life. You didn't need to ask if it was okay to say something because people just didn't care much about political positions, race, or gender. We had no safe spaces or trigger warnings as without the internet people were around each other in larger numbers all the time so being bullied was considered a normal part of growing up and you just got over it and matured out of that phase of life. Whereas cancel culture is common now, the phrase "I disagree with what you say but I will defend your right to say it" was common then. Because there was no way to communicate with others anonymously and no way to block people, people were just naturally more polite and agreeable with each other. We were all stuck with each other, so might as well make the best of it. We had the LGB community. None of the other letters were there, and sexuality basically followed a policy of "don't ask, don't tell" and you just naturally developed your gaydar over time. And all of us faced the flag and said the pledge of allegiance every morning so we had a national sense of togetherness as Americans. "American" was the main identity and everyone shared it. I'm not trying to paint a picture of perfection. There was certainly stuff that was worse then, but I'm just saying that the quality of social interaction was one thing that was a whole lot better. The movies, music, and food were on average better too. All the chemicals and preservatives have killed the taste of food while also making it unhealthier. It's not only that Americans aren't as active these days that is causing all the obesity, it's also the poor food quality. No doubt about it that you in Gen Z have inherited a mess. That's not fair for you, but just think about how the people who made the mess are going to die in this broken world we made while you're young enough that you have a chance of fixing things and seeing better days.
