Honestly, I think one of my favorite things about Mac's music , no matter what song it is, it encourages growth. When I listen to his creations, they always inspire introspection, but beyond that, they motivate me to take action on those realizations and criticisms. When I first saw the news of his passing on my phone, I threw a chair against the wall. I feel like I lost a close friend, a brother, and I've never met him. Incredibly dope since 92. My Mom ODd last year. Mac is sadly not the last death I'll mourn due to drugs. Its surreal. I'll cherish his art for the rest of my life.
