Humans are not lactose intolerant, we are just not baby cows ;) 75 % of humans lose their ability to digest lactose once they stop breastfeeding from their own mothers. That's our body's way of saying that we don't need milk anymore. It is insane we ever started drinking milk from other animals' breasts in the first place. Good luck with your new diet

Some new processes also make the lactose in the milk more agressive to lactose intolerant people, because particles that would break lactose down in unprocessed milk, and aid those in our digestive system, are destroyed. Anyway, yeah, being able to consume lactose is a mutation, not lactose intolerance. I am lactose tolerant by the way. I'm a mutant.

I'm terrified of my instant pot because of the pressure even though I know so many people who use it and have seen it work successfully however I just imagine one wrong move and it's going to explode, I haven't watched/heard any negative stories/ fails regarding the instant pot because I don't need my fears to be confirmed. I respect it's authority as a machine and leave it to others to use while I continue to kick ass with a Crock-Pot and the actual stove/oven. Edit- I'm a Virgo 32 year old lady, not even kidding a little bit.

Vegan buffalo chicken is one of the easiest things to make vegan, you can try breaded tofu, vegan chicken substitute (I recommend morningstar), or buffalo cauliflower. I haven’t tried breaded tofu, but buffalo cauliflower is super good and so are meat substitutes :)

From what I could tell was you werent locking the insta pot. Once the lid fits on you need to twist it to lock it. You also need to make sure that knob on the top is set to sealed. When its done cooking you can turn the knob to let the pressure out. You wont be able to twist the lid off until all the pressure is released
