He hasn't appeared in commercials since around 2010. In America, Mac Tonight was last featured in after-midnight menus around 2013 (just as a logo which was printed on menus, shirts, etc.). Mac Tonight 'parties' are hosted in Asia (where people apparently celebrate their birthdays at McDonald's). Wouldn't really classify that as an appearance though, since it's pretty much just the name that relates.
