Merlin & Morgana // What If...?

What if Merlin had told Morgana about his magic?
What if Morgana had someone to help her understand what was going on?
What if Arthur had known even before Uther's death and realized magic wasn't bad?
I had this idea in my head for months but couldn't do it without the right song. When I heard that one, I just knew it was perfect for the video.

Pairing: Merlin & Morgana
Plot:
Merlin knows Morgana has magic like him but Gaius and the dragon tell him to not tell her about it. The dragon even goes as far as telling him that Morgana is evil.
Merlin listens to them and keeps it to himself. One day he goes to that cave and sees how Morgana has become evil. Devastated, he leaves the cave and tries to help Morgana but still doesn't say a word to her.
Merlin watches as the actions of other people, especially Uther's, start to change Morgana's compassionate personality and she starts to have negative feelings.
Merlin can't just keep watching as Morgana loses herself and doing nothing. So he tells her the truth about his own powers. That helps.
One day, Merlin gets very sick and when Morgana notices he's about to die she decides to use her magic to save him, which is all witnessed by Arthur. Not only she is romantically involved with a servant but she has magic.
Morgana tries to convince Arthur to not tell Uther but he doesn't promise he won't.
Uther calls a Witch Finder out of pure chance and he is after Morgana. He almost kills Morgana and that's when he realizes, that's Morgana, his childhood friend, not an evil witch.
That makes him be more open to the idea of Magic. When Arthur becomes king , he allows magic to be used in Camelot without persecution and Merlin and Morgana can live freely and without worries.
