Mikimama's macaroni gratin was delicious and I was impressed! It's easy and you don't have to boil macaroni in one frying pan! I was able to make a thick and creamy gratin without fresh cream and it was a great success! Would you like to have a Christmas menu if you like?
If you have time, you can make macaroni that has been boiled for a long time as well!
10g butter in a frying pan
Cut 1 piece of chicken and 1/2 onion into bite-sized pieces,
Add 1/3 of the broccoli and a pinch of salt and pepper
Mix lightly and add 2 tablespoons of cake flour and mix
Add 250ml of milk little by little so that the cake flour does not become lumpy.
Add 350ml of water, 200g of macaroni, and 5g of consommé, mix lightly, and boil for 1 minute longer than the specified boiling time for macaroni.
Finally, add 80g of cheese and let it melt
