Hi, Guys … Assalamu’alaikum, THV Lovers.
This time we present a special recipe that’s perfect for children’s meals at home, or even for business ideas.
For the use of the beef, it can be replaced with other meat, Guys.
You can use chicken, sausage or even corned beef. Likewise, with the vegetable stuffing, it doesn’t have to be Carrots, you can use Sweet Corn, Green Peas, Thinly Fried Eggplant Slices, Potatoes, etc.
Ingredient
Ingredient A (Boiled)
* 300 gr Macaroni;
* 1 tsp Fine Salt;
* 2 tbsp Cooking Oil.
Ingredient B (Stir-fry)
* Macaroni from the Ingredient A, boiled and drained;
* 150 s.d. 200 gr Beef (finely chopped);
* 1 Onion, coarsely chopped;
* 3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped;
* 150 gr or about 1 large Carrot, diced;
* 40 gr or about 2 tbsp margarine;
* ½ to 1 tsp Salt, suit your taste;
* 1 to 2 tsp Broth Powder, suit your taste;
* 1 tsp Sugar;
* 1 tsp Pepper Powder;
* ½ tsp Ngo Hiong Powder, replaceable with Nutmeg Powder;
* 1 tsp Oregano, optional;
* 1 tsp Parsley, optional.
Ingredient C (Cheese Sauce)
* 500 ml UHT Liquid Milk;
* 40 gr or about 2 tbsp Margarine;
* 3 tbsp Wheat Flour;
* 200 Grated Cheddar Cheese;
* 100 gr Mozzarella Cheese, replaceable with Quick Melt Cheese;
* (½ tsp Salt, if it is still not salty enough. If the salt is just right, the salt here can be skipped.);
Ingredient D
* 3 Eggs.
Ingredient E (Topping)
* 200-300 gr Bolognese Sauce;
* 3 pieces of Sausage, optional;
* 1 tsp Oregano Powder,
^^ you can substitute it with Parsley or Celery.
