Thane of cowdor 1 was someone from the court of king Duncan ( king of Scotland)..and thane of cowdor 2 is macbeth he became.thane of cowdor when ist one betrayed them in war ... While MacDonwald is a king of rebel forces who fighted against king duncan of Scotland.
