Macbeth Reading & Analysis. Act 2. Scene 2

Last and Most important part of my research Scene 2 , act 2 is important because when Macbeth murders Duncan . Additionally in previous scenes both Macbeth and lady Macbeth have appeared resolute in their desire to kill Duncan and seize throne , but in this scene we see first traces of guilt and regret in both character Macbeth is anguished: he knows consequences of murder , lady Macbeth soothes him and tells h to wash his hand , but notices he still carrying daggers he used to kill Duncan , Macbeth refuses to return to scene of crime . Blood on Macbeth hands after murder of Duncan both literal and metaphor of his guilt . Ironically he kept from sleeping by picture of death . Lady Macbeth was strong , ruthless, ambitious. Excellent analysis! The one thing I would change is that only Lady Macbeth is resolute to murder Duncan from the start. Macbeth gets there by the end of the Dagger speech, but for a while, he successfully fights off his temptation. Thank you so much for watching! Merry Christmas to you as well!

How are you doing sir thank you for your wonderful cultural literary channel . Actually i studied English both language and literature till second year and left college it’s will of god not mine. As iread Macbeth is fictional character plot summary three witches tell Scottish general Macbeth that he will be king of Scotland. He encouraged by his wife kills king and became new king . Macbeth kills more people out of paranoia . Genre of play is tragedy tells story of soldier whose overriding ambition and thirst of power cause him to abandon his morals and bring out about near destruction of kingdom he seeks to rule . Main theme destruction through when ambition goes up moral .
