I started using this technique I learnt from Sorin ,using rosin to desolder chips and have all balls in place. It works amazing . 🙏🏽Thank you Sorin

Rosin is a pain to clean! I prefer reballing, does not take long when you know what your doing.

Sorin's soldering flux does not require any cleaning and if you wish to remove it isopropyl alcohol works.
