Are the chip upper layer and lower layer serialized with each other? I wonder which of the two layers should be replaced to change the logic board serial. And what temperature did you work on soldering iron? Working at 380 degrees, the black glue melted and ruined the lower layer.

You can change T2 RAM (exist 2 types with 1gb for less then 1tb ssd and 2gb 1tb ssd and more). Serial number you can change in socrom but the real serial stored in T2 (lower chip). On soldering iron working temperature is 340 and 400-420 on hot air gun. There is no glue or underfill on T2.
