It is happening because you are using 2.4ghz wifi together with Bluetooth 5.... They work on the same frequency so there is an interference between them. Change to 5 GHz if your router supports that. If not, then tinker with the band settings of the router from its admin page and see what works for you.

HOLD ON Guys! Those who are facing Bluetooth connectivity issues, there's no issue with you Mac. Officially Apple didn't fixed bluetooth connectivity issues yet. But now m2 chips are fixed. Soon it will be fixed for M1 chips as well. THANKS!
