not really any point using a screen protector or trackpad protector in my opinion, I've had my macbook pro for more than 4 years and theres not a single scratch on the screen or trackpad. Plus a screen protector could damage the anti glare coating on your laptop screen

I do not recommend using the screen protector! it damaged my screen when i used it on my macbook! :(

The keyboard cover won’t do anything to your MacBook. It’s just a thin veil of silicone, who not only doesn’t heat up the Mac but protects your laptop from liquids - if anything gets spilled on the keyboard your Mac will be ruined forever, and repairing it can cost up to $700 usd.

Hello! Yes, with the type of adapter that I’m using, I’m not able to put on the bottom case because the adapter won’t fit with it on. So I’m only using the top cover 🤗

Great video! I‘m using a touchpad protector and I really like it.. but I‘m really paranoid to scratch the trackpad with my fingernails which is probably not gonna happen anyway haha. I wouldn’t recommend using the screen protector because I heard and read that it could damage the polarisation filter of your screen.. I‘m no expert and idk if all screen protectors could potentially harm the screen but yeah 🙈 I‘m also excited to maybe see an update once your cover is full with stickers, definitely looked so cute ☺️

It means a lot to hear that people find my content somewhat enjoyable 🤗🤗 thank you aswell for letting me know what I should do with the screen protector, I’m conflicted because I have also heard about using them can damage the retina but there are also other people that says it’s okay to use them. So I don’t know but maybe I will just skip it. I just really want to keep the screen pristine as my last macbook pro got a lot of really bad marks on the screen and it just didn’t look good. 😅 Glad to hear about the touchpad tho! I’m going to use mine aswell ☺️ and yes, maybe in the future I can make an update video with the stickers. Should be fun and cute! 🤗

Gwen Bigham tbh i’m still really conflicted about the screen protectors as well because i wanted to protect my screen too but maybe my research did go more into the “it causes damage bla bla” direction. I’m not sure but maybe if you invest in a more expensive screen protector and really look into the experience of other users, it might be fine! 🙈 what i do so far is wiping my screen and keyboard clean every time before i close the laptop to make sure there’s nothing like little crumps or anything else that could get pushed into the screen when closing it (because it’s so thin). this worked well so far but is a bit tedious. i also heard about a ghostblanket from uppercase which is a really thin blanket you put between your screen and the keyboard once you close it, i’m not sure if it works though. but anyway, i wish you a beautiful day! 😊
