Just wanted to point out that the first part which is attributed to Tzlil V'Zemer was actually composed by Yerachmiel Frank, a very talented musician/composer who lives in Queens, NY. It was also previously recorded on an old cassette tape by SKA high school with great soprano harmonies. The Maccabeats did a great job here combining to separate compositions into one very inspirational piece. Kol Hakavod!

Sabrina Z so if you search "nachamu camp ramah" and scroll down until you find a playlist called "kolot ramah" click on it and you should find it in that playlist with a bunch of other hebrew and shabbat songs.

Actually that one starts at 1:43. I believe it's by Joel Sussman. I know Pizmon has done that tune before; that's where I initially know it from. HaZamir also did it, a few years ago. Edit: also, the group that the original writer of the melody was from has a version. It's likely the original. They're called Safam.

​@@yf-n7710oh my gosh I was in HaZamir too!!! I think I first heard this melody in my first year with the choir (I started in 2008, graduated 2013). I was in the North Jersey chapter. 😊

@@marissalondon4031 I don't like sharing too much about myself on the Internet, so I won't say what years I was in it. I will be in the alumni choir for this year's festival concert though :) Though I do find it funny that I didn't actually say I sang with them; only that they did a cover of that Nachamu melody. Looks like you misread it but came to a correct conclusion anyway.
