Ingredients for 3 people:
500 g of tomato puree
250 g of short pasta (Rigatoni in the video)
200 g of minced meat
100 g of smoked provola
50 ml of white wine
1 carrot
1 onion
1 small stalk of celery
2 - 3 tablespoons of fresh ricotta
parmesan
extra virgin olive oil
bay leaf
pepper
salt
Butter and sprinkle the inside of a 22cm diameter and approximately 11cm high mold with breadcrumbs.
Cooking in a ventilated oven at 190° C for about 30 minutes.
Cooking in a static oven at 200° C for about 30 minutes.
Cooking time may vary slightly depending on your oven. So keep an eye on the cooking.
