Macchina per pasta Cocozza - Pressa EP55 con la produzione di vari formati di pasta

Per le sue caratteristiche di produzione è il modello che si trova impiego nei svariati settori di produzione di pasta alimentare. E' utilizzata come macchina per negozi di pasta fresca dato che oltre alla produzione di vari tipi di pasta all'uovo o senza come: fusilli, tagliatelle, conchiglie, sedanini, spaghetti alla chitarra, ecc.
Può produrre sfoglia a spessore regolabile oltre che a spessore fisso per la produzione di rotoli di sfoglia o essere abbinata al ciclo produttivo delle macchine formatrici, tortellinatrici, cappellatrici. E' indicata anche per piccoli laboratori di pasta secca.
Dotata di doppia vasca di cui una ribaltabile manualmente consente di produrre impasti e lavorazione in continuo. Gli alberi sfarinatori smontabili ed estraibili permettono una facile e veloce pulizia. Questo modello è dotato di ventilatore che permette l'asciugarsi parziale del prodotto appena estruso non permettendo di modificarsi nella forma.
Completo di coltello elettronico consente di variare la lunghezza del prodotto desiderato. Realizzata completamente in acciaio inox. Tutte le parti in movimento sono montate su supporti e boccole autolubrificanti.
Le tecnologie costruttive, i dispositivi di sicurezza ampiamente collaudati rendono l'uso della macchina estremamente pratico e sicuro.

EP/55 DV a doppia vasca con produzione in estrusione di circa 45/50 kg/h. E' in grado di produrre pasta corta e pasta lunga con la semplice e facile sostituzione di trafile in bronzo. E' una macchina autonoma che impasta e lavora per se stessa capace in alcuni casi di produrre anche rotoli di sfoglia indispensabile per alimentare anche a necessità altre macchine formatrici (tipo Cappelletti, Tortellini, Raviolatrici ecc..) Per quanto concerne il relativo costo, tenga presente che data la molteplice e serie di accessorri di cui può essere dotata, sarebbe più giusto e consono, prima parlarne direttamente per telefono, capire le Vs. necessità ed immediatamente redigere un prevento su misura per lei.
