This strategy is good for beginners. Very nice information. But be careful guys first learn then trade. Also keep following things in mind. 1. Don't trade without any plan. 📝 2. I often get trends inside trends. Rising wedge. Falling wedge. For example. But a good rule of thumb is the longer the timeframe the more accurate it will to be. So if you’re forced to choose one follow the longer timeframe trend.

He was showing bounces off the 20 SMA. Bollinger Bands middle band is a moving average. If it's a standard setting Bollinger Bands, it's a 20 SMA for the middle line.
