Mace The Dark Age - Secret Stages (Castle, Machu Pichu, Mini Golf Course, San Francisco Rush)

I decided to re-record the videos on the secret stages and wanted to show as much of the stage as I could. There's not much action going on except moving around to showcase the levels.
Press START on each of the characters on 2 player modes.
Castle - Mordos Kull, Taria, Ragnar
Machu Pichu - Namira, Koyasha, Taria
Mini Golf Course - Koyasha, Mordos Kull, Takeshi
San Francisco Rush - Xiao Long, Al Rashid, Koyasha
I found the Machu Pichu stage to be fairly weird and broken. I think Castle and Mini Golf could have easily been the stages of the secret characters, no?

I was never any good at this game as a kid, but I always thought it had a cool aesthetic

Me too! It was a very tough game when I was young. The visuals were really great for the time!

These scenarios, except for the one on the golf course, did not come out on consoles because Nintendo 64 used a limited storage unit such as the cartridge. If Nintendo had not insisted on using cartridges instead of CD ROM or the Playstation port would not have been canceled. All these scenarios including the golf course would be in the console editions and who knows if even more

I distinctly remember that the SF Rush scene is in the N64 but it's been such a long time ago also...

There was a good reason why they didn't use disks up until the Wii and it was because Sony would sue due to Nintendo going to Panasonic. What you said explains why I never saw these on the N64 as I played it to death and knew all the secrets.

I don't undestand how for example enter to Machu Pichu with code ''Namira Koyasha Taria'' or to Castle with code ''Mordos Cull, Taria, Ragnar''...For example I want to travel to Machu Pichu and I press on Namira but I only select her and play with her...I know how to find Grendal.... But secretstages now...

SF Rush and the Golf course made it into the N64. The Castle and Machu Pichu are arcade only.

On 2 player mode, hold start on these characters. Then select your characters. Mini Golf Course Koyasha - Mordos Kull - Takeshi San Francisco Rush Xiao Long - Al' Rashid - Koyasha

How to play this game in good quality on a computer?

You need Mame and download the rom file and the CHD file for Mace. Mame has excellent support nowadays and computers are now strong enough to run it at full speed.

Look for another source. There are many roms for Mace that are broken. I just happen to luck out on a random site.
