honestly, I would go with the tarte one. the kvd one is way more cakey and drying for under the eyes but its amazing on the face. plus, less is better for that area and a little goes a long way with the tarte shape tape and it doesn't crease so you don't have to even set it(at least I don't).hope it helps!

I agree with you about primer..I have oily combination skin and most primers are break out central or look more like I applied Vaseline on my skin...I use moisturizer such as simple that lasts 12 hours and the nyx spray primer..works best for me..or I use just a nice moisturizer and nivea shave balm for hydration on my more dryer days

I have the same issue with watery eyes. Try the Urban decay 24/7 liner in Zero or in Black velvet. To this day I havent found a better liner for my water line, it last all day and is super dark. I love it!! xoxo

Try the smashbox jetset eyeliner for your waterline I have super watery eyes and it is the only thing that lasts in my waterline. I've been using it for at least 8 years now nothing compares.

I have the same eyeliner problem with watery eyes. I went to Sephora and a girl suggested Marc Jacobs highlighter. And Amy it really works. I have been looking for years and years...cause I'm old! From now on, this will be my holy grail water liner. Try it . Hope it works for you!

THAT WING THO! Yasss beautiful. I literally have the same issue with my waterline, mine may be even more watery than yours. I was so tired of trying out different liners (Urban Decay, Stila, Hourglass, Rimmel, Revlon, Essence etc) that I recently decided to try the Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner, set it with a black eyeshadow and it STILL fades at the outer and inner corners! Ahh constantly having to re-apply throughout the day!

I have contacts and my eyes always water when I use eyeliner. I got a Marc Jacobs eyeliner for 100 points at Sephora and it is amazing!!! It doesn't budge all day and stays pigmented on the lash line. I definitely recommend it!
