Fair play I clicked on this and I expected to cringe but that was literally done so well.

@@dominicnortney3633 No, he was mixing a new track in. That failed because the older track went into a emergency loop. However the emergency loop was not in sync with the new track he mixed. It sounded like he faded out the new track, then he putted a delay/reverb effect on the RMX 1000 to make it sound like it was some kind of break/drop. After doing so, he beatmatched the new track again and faded out the delay/reverb track. Pretty amazing to do in 20/30 seconds

People keep indicating this is not just Techno and they're right but they forget Maceo is spread across several genre's. When they get Maceo they also get Maetrik & Mariel Ito. Three for the price of one. Very few producers can dominate so many genre's and that's why he is in such high demand.

af12734637 on the contrary, it is your own that is faulty. Even if he did play techno (which he doesn’t) he would not be considered dominant by any stretch of the imagination. He plays cheesy/commercial Ibiza house and American EDM, which is confirmed by and reflected in the venues & parties he plays at. It’s even more indicative by the venues he DOESN’T get asked to play at, I.E the proper European techno parties.
