We will never find another person who has lived her life so publicly, made her mistakes so publicly yet still comes back to reflect on it so thoughtfully. I am in awe of the maturity in her reflection, the detail in her reflections and how she sounds like she has done the psychological work that makes it possible for us (as the public, as onlookers, as haters, as judgemental pricks) to never break her. Those age gaps existed in other parts of the country,not where I grew up and people think it's a rural area😒. Even then,it's all about what parents prioritised for their children. I know that my grandparents prioritized independence for their daughters even though they didn't have much to give them, especially my maternal grandfather. It's never okay to let young girls think their ticket to a better life is through a man😭☹️
