A brilliant interview. My only concern is how it's evident that Mampintsha groomed Babes

What Mampitsa does on your music Babes is amazing!!!! Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise!

I now understand the complexity of Mampintsha & Babes Wodumo relationship. He had a great impact in shaping babes career, she feels indebted to him. She didn't see herself as singer until Mampintsha. He is a curse and blessing. Babes is a hustler and hard worker. I'm glad she is taking time to find herself and establish boundaries. Her story shows complexity of life. I wish her all the best

Babes is such a cool person. A proud Zulu girl & homegrown superstar. These are the artists we need to support, the ones who really represent us as African youth. God bless you Bongekile. 🙏🏾👏🏾🔥

Babes is still a star though, I don’t understand why she’s speaking of her stardom in the past tense. She’s seen her mistakes and has learnt from them. Also, guidance is key in this industry. The girl just wants to perform and has passion for it. Nothing is lost at all just a little administration here and there that needs tweaking. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I know she says it would have been better to start out without a partner but from her reasoning I feel she was actually safer in the industry because of it. She didn't get womanised and bounced about because she had him. The grass is just always greener, human nature.
