...though I think anyone who can't speak any vernacular language in S.A including whites; it's by choice - we're the most rich in diversity and variety of culture and language anywhere in the world, 9 official vernacular languages not counting the unofficial ones. I speak very very fluent englinsh(as quite a lot of us in our generation do) but my setswana is also impeccably good
