Cruel as it is, it's a business not a charity. The labels had to put down mad seed money to grow the artist, so there' s that. Artists need to figure out how to fund themselves if they don't want to end up in such situations. If they can't themselves, then they need to learn to start small small.

@lekis59753 жыл бұрын
@@chang3558 LOL! Talent? There's talent galore. You only have to look at this reality TV shows or even Tik Tok to see that brilliant singers, dancers, rappers and actors are a dime a dozen. In order to get to the top you need money, even Michael Jackson's dad had to work so many jobs and shifts to buy instruments for his kids and put in many hours of practise before they finally hit the big time at Motown. MJ and Prince learnt the business side of things sufficient to be able to buy and control their rights. Some of these artists like to complain that they are being exploited, yet they know nothing about the kind of money that has been poured in to secure them appearances in top TV/radio shows or magazines. Marketing costs money. I highly doubt if Kwesta was managing that social media platform, kodwa now he wants to complain? Nah, he needs to an L and go build a new platform.

Nota is going to find something to be mad about from this interview. I personally feel there’s nothing. But he will FIND IT.
