Hello.
This is MacGyver K.
I made my own sanding drum for my Dremel 3000.
Since the mini sanding tool is inconvenient, I made a drum tool that allows for bigger and faster sanding using a wooden stick.
I hope this will be useful information for those who use Dremel.

Я делаю что-то подобное но из металла, а валы у меня из резинки. Беру металлическую трубку пропил по перек. Заранее заготовлен резиновый вал на 2мм меньше металлической обойму. Оборачиваюсь обойму наждачной концы закажу в прорезь разводя по разным сторонам. Вставляю вал резиновый и начинаю затягивать. Вал резиновый начинает сжиматься тем самым становится больше диаметром, он зажимает концы наждачки и диск готов .

Watch out for speed, if the bit is over weight it can snap the shaft when you turn the machine off.

Love the idea. Was the "rubber" you used on the dowel a silicon. Where did you get that nice piece of rubber?

yes. This piece of rubber is non-slip rubber. This is a non-slip rubber pad used in front of the driver's seat inside the car.

El diámetro del cilindro de madera es de 15 mm a 30 mm. Usé almohadillas de goma y pernos de acero inoxidable.

Was there eventually problems with the sandpaper slipping on the rubber? Its a great idea for making odd sizes! Your mom;s going to be pissed because you pretty much ruined her scissors!!!

This sandpaper didn't slip at all because of the rubber. I often come up with strange ideas. And these scissors are mine, and my mother has no reason to be angry.
