I have a question for you I bought a Chinese cnc machine I have mach 3 I also have uc100 I have blue and green it says it's working correctly but the motors are not I followed your setup hitting tab motors still not working any suggestions thanks I'm self taught and not a very good teacher thanks

Hi, i hope someone can help me? I have installed MACH-3 on my laptop bur for some reason when i plug my CNC USB in it doesnt find the CNC. I have watched lots of videos but i cannot get it to work at all. If i plug anything else in such as a printer, it show straight up. But when i plug my CNC in there is not even a sound or anything. I have even tried a PC and same result. Machine is turned on but it's just not recognised. My CNC is an AR2400
