Hi can you help I have set up gang tooling on my lathe, and was wondering how I set a drill up to the master in the tool table, and also how to get them to change from one tool to another without me standing there pressing the cycle start

I have 2 machines running the same version of Mach 3 turn, but the one machine isn’t reading the macros we wrote like the other machine is.

Regards. How is it possible to view the part in an ISO or 3D way? The clicks, double clicks and others have not worked, it only shows the part from the top view. What will be the problem? Thank you for your time, attention and valuable response. Health blessings in these difficult times.

Thanks your video is a big help. I had used the demo version with a parallel port and was planning to purchase a licensed version of Mach 3 when the computer blew up and I was back to square one. I now set the demo version up again this time a USB connection and the plan was to purchase a licensed version. But I have struck an rather odd problem. The machine will jog both X and Z axes using the arrow keys on the keypad but the DRO for the Z axis does not register. However if I pull up the Mill version the DRO behaves normally. My screen is slightly different from yours with more LEDs on the Jog screen. The LED illuminates normally when I select Jog On . X Refd/Homed is Off Z Refd/Homed is Off. Rear is Off. Front is On. I assume it is a configuration issue but not sure where to go from here. I wonder if the version I have is out of date.. I would appreciate your assistance. Robert

Good day, I have a problem with the travel in the cars of X and Z on a lathe, I adjust them in settings and in mill I move them and they run the distance with precision. but on turning I move it .1 "the X axis and it moves .210" and on the Z axis I move it .1 "and it moves 0.030" thanks.

I'm running mach3 041 on pc with GT220 1GB memory with default setting and all works well but, I don't have 3d part in screen. could some1 tell me how to fix it?

Hi my Frends. I have a problem. We in one school project in Croatia (I'm the teacher) make a cnc Lathe machine from a old classic Lathe. Now, we have tested the cnc controller, drivers and the motors on MACH3. All work ok on MACH3 Mill. But on MACH3 Turn the will not work. The motors not turns. The MACH3 mill and turn are install from same install .exe file. Please Help my Students and me. We need the MACH3 Turn for the CNC Lathe. Thank You

go into ports and pins.. and copy every single selection from mach 3 mill to mach turn.. that worked for me.
