Surmai aur Mackerel 2 alag fish hote hai. Bangda fish ko mackerel kehte hai English may. Agar koe cheez pata na ho toh atleast share toh matt karro ya thodi se research he karliya karro. Surmai is my favorite. Here in Bengaluru most of us have Surmai. I know its a bit expensive but we love to have Surmai, Bangda, or pomfret. These fishes are mainly eaten here in Bengaluru.
