Actually prepared food touched by hand.... Why can't they use a ladle or a spoon to mix the food ? Those who eat the food can eat with their hands if they wish. that's customer's preference . Strangely food is made with hand and people are eating hand made food with spoon. Can't understand why the seller uses bare hands to mix the food that has to be eaten immediately ? It's not as if they are mixing Vada batter with hand and later dropping the batter as vadas into hot oil and frying...or using some other food to bake it in heat. That way any germs or bacteria ... in the hands of the person that gets into food when mixing may get killed due to the heat of the oil or high oven temperature etc.. Here it's cold food mixed with bare hands and given to eat. Isn't hygiene compromised folks ? Now I understand why AP is ranked 28 in State Food Safety Index (SFSI) for year 2024. Out of 28 Indian States AP got the last rank in Food safety. Telangana also ranked poorly at 23 in Food safety. Top 3 states providing clean and safe food in India as per the rankings are 1. Kerala 2. Tamilnadu 3. Jammu Kashmir.
